For a moment it sounded like “we want cookies, we want cookies!”
That’s the fun of living with neighbours within hearing distance. Here in town I can see all sorts of kids, riding their bikes, playing and having fun. It’s a nice diversion from writing once in a while.
So far, I’m getting further with Magic Brownies, book two of the Camping Girl mystery series. Ivy is currently battling with Bart Baker for the coveted spot of a baking booth at the Farmers Market with the added bonus of the chance to get the attention of Fergie who is a cooking channel star from Fergie’s Fiery Kitchen. Unfortunately, Bart isn’t going to make it much further in the story as he’s my body. He’ll be found dead with one of Ivy’s magic brownies in his hand and Ivy will have to sleuth out the truth once more.
Sales for S’more Murder, the first book in the series are doing well. It has it’s first organic 5 star review which made me happy!
Preorders for Magic Brownies are coming in which makes me hopeful that the series will do well. You can find the majority of my books in Kindle Unlimited.
