It’s July and it’s hot. Combatting the heat has been hard work. We get up early to walk Bean, hunker down in the cooler basement, and go for dips in the tiny pool (usually with a slushy).
I now have enough words written for Gabe and Brit in Convincing Him (#9 of the Ramesly Bros.). That is totally great. Now I’m in the revision process, making sure that everything makes sense with the choppy way that I wrote this novel. Sometimes I can do a straight line from start to finish and some stories like this one are snippets that I have to glue together. Today or tomorrow I’ll start the editing process before handing it over to my fabulous second set of eyes.
So the good news is it will be ready by the release date! Whoot! August 1st is fast approaching.
